InDev Proud to Be Part of Intunity Homes’ First Custom-Built Home

A meaningful project creating a more inclusive place to call home

Pershing Street Ribbon Cutting

InDev is proud to have been part of an important endeavor with Intunity Homes—a project focused on creating a home specifically designed to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Recently, Intunity Homes celebrated the completion of its first-ever custom-built home with a ribbon-cutting ceremony that brought together partners, supporters, tenants, and members of the community. The home represents more than a new residence; it represents collaboration, thoughtful design, and a shared commitment to creating opportunities for individuals and families.

InDev was honored to be among the many organizations and individuals who helped bring this vision to life. The project brought together an impressive group of partners, including the Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging, Tennessee Housing Development Agency, ShareBuilt, RKA Construction, LRK, United Housing, Thrive Nonprofit, SimplyHome, and many others.

We believe projects like this demonstrate what can happen when organizations come together around a common purpose. Every aspect of the home was approached with the needs of its future residents in mind, creating an environment that supports independence, accessibility, comfort, and community.

For InDev, being part of this project is a reflection of our commitment to using our expertise to help create spaces that serve people and strengthen communities.

We are grateful to Intunity Homes for allowing us to be part of this journey and proud to celebrate this milestone alongside all of the partners who helped make it possible.

Congratulations to Intunity Homes and everyone involved in bringing this vision to reality!
